Also, as we are a small team, if the answer to your problem is already here, then accessing this yourself will simply allow us to be freer to bring you more great cards!

What we will need from you:

Non-Members;

Please ensure you give us your email address and name so we can get back to you.

Members;

Please fill in the form below and include the following information:

  • your email address - if this isn't the one you joined us with then include the other email address in the 'Your Comments' box.
  • Your Membership No.
  • Your Membership payment date and reference code etc...any information that will help us locate your Membership.

Note: you can find your 'join date' in 'My Details' in your Members Pages.

Members & Non-Members

We will of course need and a clear desription of your problem and if relevant, include your computer type (PC or Mac) and which browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.).
